Roofing Services for Your Home

Most calls start with a question: is this leak a small fix, or is the roof done? We answer that with roof inspections and honest roof repair, and we take on full roof replacement when the roof has truly reached the end. After a storm, our storm damage repair work starts with documentation you can hand to your insurer. We also install and repair gutters, since water that leaves the roof needs somewhere sensible to go.

What Working With Us Looks Like

Here is each step, from the moment you call to the last walk around your property.

  1. 1

    Your first call

Tell us what caught your eye, maybe a brown patch on a bedroom ceiling, bits of shingle in the grass or hail that rolled through overnight. We ask a handful of quick questions and set a visit time.

  2. 2

    A close look, with pictures

We go over the shingles, flashing, vents and gutters, plus the attic where it's reachable. You get pictures of each trouble spot and a plain note on what it means.

  3. 3

Estimate in writing and what comes next

You receive an estimate broken out line by line. When a storm is part of the story, we cover how a claim is usually filed, how your deductible works and where our photos can help. Filing is up to you, and coverage is up to the adjuster.

  4. 4

    The day of the job

Plants get covered and the driveway gets protected, and we only strip as much roof as we can seal back up before evening. If the decking turns out to be bad, we pause, show you and explain what changes before we continue.

  5. 5

    Cleanup and walk-around

We roll a magnet across the lawn and driveway for loose nails and take all the debris away. Then we look over the new roof with you, one slope at a time, and answer whatever questions you have.

What Shapes the Cost of Your Roof

Every roof is priced from what we find on it, not from a chart. A few things move the number more than anything else. When an adjuster is involved, the same factors shape what their scope covers and what falls to you.

After we inspect the roof, you get a written estimate with each item on its own line. Phone us to set up the visit and talk through the numbers once they are ready.

Size and pitch
A bigger roof takes more shingles, more underlayment and more hours. Steeper slopes call for harnesses, roof jacks and a slower pace, so the crew spends longer on each section.
Layers coming off
On certain houses, a past reroof was laid right on top of the original shingles instead of replacing them. Stripping both down to the deck means extra labor and a fuller dumpster.
Decking underneath
We cannot see the plywood or plank decking until the shingles come off. Soft or rotted sections have to be replaced, and we photograph them and tell you before we do it.
Shingle choice
Standard architectural shingles and impact-rated shingles are priced differently. Impact-rated options can matter to some insurers, so it is worth asking your agent before you choose.
Flashing, vents and details
Chimneys, skylights, valleys and roof vents all need new flashing or boots done carefully. A plain gable roof has far fewer of these than a roof with several angles.
Upgrades beyond the storm work
If you want something your policy does not cover, such as better ventilation or new gutters, we list it separately so you can see exactly what the policy pays toward and what is your choice.

Why Homeowners Here Choose Us

Dealing with storm damage can feel like a test you never studied for. We try to make each step clear, from the first photo to the last nail swept from the driveway.

Experience that reads the damage
We bring 30+ years of roofing experience to every roof we walk. That time on roofs helps us tell hail bruising from ordinary wear, which matters when an adjuster is deciding what a storm actually caused.
Licensed in Oklahoma
We hold an Oklahoma CIB roofing license. You can confirm it yourself before anyone sets a ladder against your house.
Work we stand behind
Every roof we install is covered by our 10-year workmanship warranty. Should a problem trace back to the way we put it on, you phone us and we return to fix it.
Photos before opinions
We show you pictures of every spot we flag, with a note on what we see and why it matters. You decide what to do with the facts in front of you, and you keep the photos for your records or your claim.
No promises we cannot back up
We will not tell you your policy will pay for a new roof. We explain how the process usually works, what your adjuster looks for and where our documentation fits, then let it run honestly.

What Homeowners Want to Know

Does insurance cover a new roof?
That hinges on your policy, your deductible and the adjuster's findings. One storm may leave enough damage for a full new roof, another only enough for repairs. We record the condition of your roof as clearly as possible, but your insurer makes the coverage call, and we won't pretend otherwise.
Who do I call first, you or my insurance company?
Plenty of homeowners ask us to look first, so they know if there's genuine storm damage before filing. That can keep you from opening a claim over normal wear your policy won't pay for. If the damage is plain to see, you file with your insurer and we pass along our photos and findings to back it up.
Will you meet the adjuster at my house?
We will if you want us there. We show the adjuster the damage we recorded so none of it is overlooked, and we handle any roofing questions they raise. We don't negotiate your claim or take the adjuster's place.
What does hail damage on a roof look like?
Look for dark patches where granules have been knocked off, dents in metal vents and gutters, and heavy granule buildup coming out of the downspouts. Plenty of hail damage can't be spotted from the ground. Please don't climb up yourself; let us inspect it up close and take pictures.
Will a repair do, or does my roof need replacing?
If the problem is limited to one area and the rest of the shingles lie flat with their granules intact, repairing it usually makes the most sense. Hail hits across many slopes, widespread curling or leaks turning up in several rooms lean toward roof replacement. We share the photos and tell you what we'd pick for our own home.
How many days does a new roof take?
Plenty of single-story houses are done in one or two workdays if the weather cooperates. Bigger roofs, steep slopes or decking repairs can stretch that out. You'll hear the expected timeline before we begin, and we'll let you know if rain delays anything.
What if rain shows up mid-job?
We keep an eye on the forecast and never strip more than we can close up that day. When a shower rolls in, any open area gets sealed with underlayment or tarps before we head out, so your house stays covered while work is on hold.

A Roofing Company That Explains Before It Sells

Roofing Bethany works on homes across Bethany and the surrounding area. Spring hail and strong summer winds keep many of our neighbors wondering whether their roof took a hit, and most of them simply want someone to look, tell the truth and help them understand their options.

That is how we try to work. We would rather fix a lifted flashing and earn a call next time than talk you into a roof you do not need. When a roof really is finished, we say so, show you why and help you through the insurer's side step by step so nothing feels like guesswork.
