What Happens When You Call
We start by listening. You tell us what's going on: a drip after a heavy rain, shingles in the yard after a hailstorm or gutters pulling away from the fascia. We'll ask a few questions about your home and the roof's age, then find a visit time that works for you.
If a storm may be involved, we'll explain how the insurance side usually goes before you file anything. That means what photos are worth taking now, what we document when we're up on the roof and what the adjuster typically looks for. We won't tell you what your policy covers. That's your insurer's call, and we'd rather be straight with you about it.
