The Towns We Cover
We're based in Bethany, and most of our work happens a short drive from there. That covers neighboring Warr Acres and The Village, Nichols Hills, neighborhoods all over Oklahoma City, and homes to the southeast in Del City and Moore. If you live somewhere between those, chances are good we reach you too.
Our crews also travel west and north to Yukon, Mustang, Piedmont and Edmond. The approach doesn't change from town to town: we check the entire roof, take pictures you keep, explain our findings in everyday language and tell you honestly whether a repair will last or replacement is the better move. Not sure if we come your way? Ask on the phone and we'll give you a straight answer.
How Metro Weather and Homes Affect Your Roof
- 01
Spring hail
This corner of Oklahoma gets its well-known hail every spring. Hailstones can bruise shingles and strip granules without punching a hole anyone could spot from the lawn. We take dated pictures of damage to shingles, vents, flashing and gutters so you have solid evidence for your insurer. We're happy to explain how a claim usually plays out, but your adjuster decides coverage, and we'll always be upfront about that.
- 02
High winds
Straight-line gusts pry up shingle edges and break the seal strips that keep them flat. A roof may look untouched after a windstorm and still leak with the next rain. We go over the edges, the ridge and any loose tabs so minor issues get fixed before they show up as ceiling stains.
- 03
Winter ice and summer heat
Ice storms weigh down gutters in winter and can push water under the lowest shingle rows. Long, hot summers then bake the roof and dry older shingles until they split. Healthy attic ventilation and well-hung gutters help a roof cope with both.
- 04
Older houses and newer builds
Lots of metro homes are decades-old ranch houses, some carrying two layers of shingles or old patches. Newer subdivisions bring their own problems, such as rushed flashing at valleys and walls. We check what's underneath before we price anything, since decking and flashing often change the cost more than the shingles.

Local permit rules
Paperwork for a reroof can differ from town to town in this area. We find out what your town requires before we start, pull a permit when one is needed and let you know in advance if an inspector will visit.
